Three management workshops -- foundations, operations and customer service -- will be led by Jacquie Collins of Partnering for Performance and will be held at The Tavern at Granite Links in Quincy. All of the spring 2008 training is designed to bring quality and comprehensive training to our Massachusetts' marine industry just prior to the run up to high season.
